OUR GUARANTEE - RETURNS

We offer a NO QUIBBLE GUARANTEE, in addition to your statutory rights as follows. "In the unlikely event that one of our products proves faulty we will replace it at no cost to you, or refund 100% of the price you paid us (within 30 days of purchase) No Quibble!"

This Guarantee is in addition to and does NOT AFFECT your Statutory Rights.

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason (or without giving a reason) you may do so at any time from the date of placing your order, until 7 days after receipt of your order (the 7 days starts the day after you receive the goods).

Your money will be refunded in full, within 30 days of cancellation of order. All order cancellations must be notified to us by EMAIL or POST within 7 days of receiving the goods and the goods returned within 10 days of you notifying us of your intention to cancel your order.

Incorrectly Ordered Goods

Incorrectly ordered goods that are returned after the guarantee period as outlined above, will be subject to a 25% re-stocking / administration fee where applicable.

Faulty Goods

We offer a No Quibble guarantee and wil replace any faulty item within 30 days of purchase.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY

We take your credit card security seriously, that is why we place your security in the hands of one of the worlds leading e-Commerce solution providers Paypal.

Paypal handle all of our secure credit card transactions. To further enhance your security we NEVER store customer credit card details on our own servers.

DISPATCH OF ORDERS

We aim to dispatch all priority orders received before 3.30 pm UK time the very next day, subject to availability. Our stock availability is 95% plus (any items not available for same day dispatch will be advised by either Phone/Fax or E-Mail with an expected delivery date and also the option to cancel the order if you do not wish to wait).

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

STANDARD shipping and handling is provided free in the UK via the Royal Mail, please allow a minimum of 2/3 Days for delivery. Should you require your order in a hurry we offer a First Class EXPRESS DELIVERY SERVICE for a MINIMUM cost of £2.50 regardless of the size of your order. The Royal Mail aim to deliver over 92% of First Class Post the next day (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).

Delivery by courier is available at an extra cost (please phone to confirm price). The delivery of bulk orders within the U.K is provided by courier at cost (bulk means orders too large or heavy for Royal Mail first class post), delivery times will be confirmed when the order is processed.

COOKIES

This site needs to store cookies in your browser in order for the shopping Basket to process orders, but this is the only function of (and our sole use of) the cookies in the shopping cart process.

In the unlikely event that our products and services do not meet your expectations please let us know and we will be happy to correct the situation. Our address and contact details are listed below. Please include your invoice number in any communications with regards to a complaint; this information will enable us to deal with the matter promptly and efficiently.

We are open from 10.00am until 5.30pm, Monday to Friday and 9.30am to 1pm on Saturday, your call will usually be answered by a human being not a machine! Outside of office hours an answer machine service is in operation at all times or you can either fax or E-Mail us at any time of the day, 7 days a week.
